At CalgaryPeptide.ca, we aim to provide reliable, discreet, and efficient delivery throughout Canada. This Shipping Policy explains our available delivery options, shipping fees, processing times, and other important shipping information.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed.
Orders are generally processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
During periods of high order volume, promotions, or circumstances outside our control, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the delay.
2. Shipping & Delivery Rates
Orders Over $100
FREE delivery is available on qualifying orders with a merchandise subtotal over $100 CAD, before applicable taxes and other charges.
Orders $100 or Less
A $16.99 CAD delivery fee applies to qualifying orders with a merchandise subtotal of $100 CAD or less.
The applicable shipping or delivery charge will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.
3. Calgary Local Delivery
CalgaryPeptide.ca is based in Calgary, Alberta and offers local delivery within our designated Calgary delivery area.
Same-day delivery may be available for eligible Calgary orders, depending on order time, delivery location, inventory, and daily delivery capacity.
Same-day delivery is not guaranteed for every order. Orders placed after our daily cutoff time may be delivered on the next available delivery day.
The available delivery option and applicable fee will be shown at checkout.
4. Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery and shipping options within Canada where available through our shipping and delivery services.
Certain remote locations or areas that are not serviced by our available carriers may be excluded or may require additional delivery arrangements.
If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you regarding the available options.
5. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination, shipping method, carrier, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.
Any delivery timeframe displayed at checkout is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delays caused by the carrier are outside of CalgaryPeptide.ca's direct control.
6. Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided to the customer once the order has been shipped.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after the package has been picked up by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and ensuring that someone is available to receive the package when required.
7. Discreet Packaging
Orders are packaged discreetly without unnecessary product information displayed on the exterior of the package.
We take reasonable measures to protect products during transportation.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
CalgaryPeptide.ca is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.
9. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and delivery procedures.
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with the available next steps.
CalgaryPeptide.ca is not responsible for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided by the customer.
10. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the package and its contents.
We will review the situation and determine the appropriate next steps.
11. Delivery Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, carrier requirements, or our internal policies.
If an order is cancelled by CalgaryPeptide.ca before shipment, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.
12. Changes to Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect when published.
