Refund policy

At calgarypeptide.ca, we want to make the return and refund process as clear as possible.

1. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have not yet been processed may be eligible for cancellation.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. Returns

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and inventory, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed. Research compounds cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our facility, as their integrity and handling can no longer be guaranteed.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or contains an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number;

  • A description of the issue;

  • Photographs of the package;

  • Photographs of the product; and

  • Photographs showing any visible damage.

We will review the situation and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

4. Opened or Used Products

For safety, quality-control, regulatory, and product-integrity reasons, products that have been opened, used, altered, or tampered with may not be eligible for return or refund.

5. Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for return once shipped or opened due to safety, quality-control, regulatory, or legal requirements.

Any applicable restrictions will be communicated on the relevant product page or at checkout.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Once a refund has been processed, your financial institution may require several business days before the funds appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund is required because of an error on our part or applicable law.

7. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us because the customer:

  • Provided an incorrect or incomplete address;

  • Refused delivery; or

  • Failed to collect the package;

additional shipping charges may apply.

Any refund will be handled according to this policy and applicable law.

8. Regulatory or Legal Cancellation

We may cancel an order if we determine that fulfilling it could violate applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, shipping restrictions, or our internal compliance policies.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel for this reason, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.
